With the penetration of the western economic ways, the capital market in modern history of China developed. Its features are intermittence, violent speculativeness, the mainstream economy and the cultural attributes of exclusion. In fact, there existed two kinds of obvious power of alienation in modern history of China, that is, Chinese traditional society stands for eastern culture and the industrial society stands for western advanced culture. The modern history of China focused on the stage where the agricultural society was changed from tradition into modern by the attack of western industrial culture. We call this stage "Semi-feudal Society", which shows the specific historical characteristic, which is dualistic, but at the same time it was norrowed. The efforts I made today aim at understanding dualistic feature in modern history of China by analyzing the development of the capital market and the relative factors. In my paper, it includes five chapters:In the introduction, I elaborate on the meaning and aim of the dualistic conflict of the capital market and introduce the academic trend home and aboard;in the first chapter, I introduce the development of Chinese capital marketfrom 1872 to 1945 and analyze some abnormal events. First of all, because the stable political order can't b At the same time,I study the main economic model----the development of modern national ind between them. In other words, that we study the western economic model is an imitation. We don't know its profound and interactive relation and its system founding, Importantly, the factors can't ustry and the undulation in the same historical period, and then I realize the difference be imitated. Followed it,I analyze the effects that the eastern and western economic organizations work in the capital market, and I try to show the conflicts and cooperation between them, which is very meaningful to us to understand the character of the capital market. At last, I discuss the changes of the currency system and its influence on the whole economy, uncovering the dualistic feature and its shortcomings, that is,the input of the silver affects the capital market and collapses the whole traditional society system. This chapter is very significant because nowadays we stress the currency policy; in the second chapter, I try to show the origin of the capital market speculativenessin terms of the economic micro perspective. the management of the capital market is under control, not to establish a fair rule, at the same time, the law is only to imitate the western, so the principle can't be built. Next, I discuss the relative laws. Finally, I display the problems of war and revolution; in the third chapter, I display the effects on the economy when the political power was changed. Assuming that the advance of human society must lead to homogeneity followed by the amalgamation and conflicts among cultures; in the fourth chapter, by analyzing the factors which affected the capital market, I assume that the features come from merge and conflict, which leads to the advance of the whole society.
