Japanese authorities were dictatorial to rule "Manchukuo" after the "Manchukuo" was established, and arts also become their propaganda tool. In fact, Japan began immigrate to Chinese northeast district after the Russo-Japanese War, especially the "9·18" Incident, immigrants had become an important basic national policy in Japan. The immigrants include the experimental unit immigrates, the armed settlers and agricultural immigrants. With the increasing number of immigrants, the Japanese colonialists'"Manchuria"consciousness gradually strengthen. They not only wanted to Manchuria become Japan's political, military, economic base, but also hope to make become Japanese culture. With the establishment of "Manchukuo", many Japanese writers come to Manchuria spontaneous for travel or interviews, some authors lived in Manchuria long-term. They running the publication, together with some Chinese writers create many literary works. Their works show various aspects of real life in colony.Chinese and Japanese scholars created varieties of patterns of Manchuria image. This paper try to learn from the perspective of comparative literature, based on the original Code of information, starting from the empirical, study journals in "Manchukuo" periods and Chinese and the Japanese writers published literature, focusing on their work in shaping the image of Manchuria, classify the Manchuria images by writers portray, summarizing the different characteristics of the Manchuria image, and then analyzes the generate reasons about Manchuria image, understanding "Manchukuo" people's live condition.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter introduces the establishment of "Manchukuo" and the definition of "Manchuria literature"; the second chapter is the introduction about the Japanese writers who lived in "Manchukuo" long-term, and classify the Manchuria image; the third chapter is the introduction about Chinese writers literature activities in "Manchukuo", and their types of Manchuria image; the fourth chapter summarize the Manchuria character's Characteristics and generate reasons under two sects of writers' portray. And reach the conclusion, Japanese and Chinese works both show people's various aspects of real life in colony. But the Chinese write had no intention to establish a "new Manchuria" with Japanese writers in "Manchukuo".
