Psychology is in the crisis of splitting, Which is manifesting in the fragmentation of researches and methods, as well as confrontation of guiding ideologies between psychologists. As the consequence of this fragmentation, the development of Psychology became inefficient and status of Psychology was in a perilous position. There are both external factors and internal factors which cause the crisis. External factors include wars, developments of modern science and social development. Internal factors include the disciplinary system problems of Psychology and of the psychologists. Disciplinary system problems include the delay in establishing the basis for the discipline and the failure in absorbing the beneficial fruits from other disciplines effectively; and the psychologists issues are reflected in the lack of communication between each other, as well as lack of professional pride etc. Psychologists including Maslow, Ken Wilber, Staats and others, all put their insights about the integration of psychology issue, but failed to achieve the goal. Integrated summary of previous success or failure of integration of psychology, we can draw own conclusion that, to achieve the goal of integration, psychologists should establish a common basis first, and then try to find connection between each schools. With Ken Wilber's "four quadrant" model, "two hands of God" theory, and recent results of quantum science research, the discipline of psychology can be built, various research methods can be positioned, various theories can be filtered, which means a brand new attempt of integration of psychology is already on its way.
