Students employment is a social concern all the time,The success or failure of the employment of college graduates is directly related to economic development and social stability怂Owing to the global economic crisis, students employment has become more severely.For example, there are 630 million College graduates in 2010,19 million more than 600 million College graduates in 2009. Graduate employment situation is very grim.This article starts from the empirical, to study cognitive factors of students employment options. By way of interviews and questionnaires, the thesis analysis the self-awareness, occupational and social cognition of students and integrates the relationship between them. The main purpose of this research is to know of cognitive factors when students come across choices of employment, and adjust the bad employment cognition of students effectively. The study not only enriches the theory of the employment system of selection factors, but also provides employment basis for colleges to guide students to hunt job.By researching we get the questionnaires of "the cognitive factor evaluation for students employment options". With the help of structural equation, it's evident to find out that self-awareness, occupational and social cognition have a certain influence on choices of college students, however, factors that affect the employment options to students are various. Occupational cognition's contribution rate is significantly greater than the self-awareness and social cognition. In the self-awareness, the self-ability, self-interest, play a greater important role than other factors;.as for occupational factors, the path coefficient of income, work area, and working conditions is larger than others; similarly, path coefficient of social status and family satisfactory is also larger and has a greater influence on social cognition.
