With the further development of China's economic construction,the strategic significance of energy security has become increasingly prominent,however,with the rapid growth of oil resources' needs,the development of oil resources has brought about a series of ecological issues which are becoming increasingly diverse, this sounds an alarm continually to the relationship between man and nature. This paper has started in the view of construction of harmonious relations between oil companies and oil resources' location.This paper has analysed and discussed the ecological ethics' concept characteristics and relationship of harmonious oil field, has illustrated the dilemma of the oil field's parties facing is that they are lack of awareness of the ecological ethics and system and so on,through exert the ethics statute, command function, regulation function of ecological ethics,establish and maintain favorable internal and external environment,and thereby promote the healthy development of the oil field,at the same time remind people to face history and reality of the environment,choose the right strategic timing and mode, maintain the reasonable process of harmonious oil field by comparative analysis, factor analysis, inductive and deductive method, literature study.The ultimate goal of ecological ethics' construction to the harmonious oil field is to achieve "resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win "of the parties of the oil field,respect the gradual process of ecological ethics' construction to the harmonious oil field,enhance the awareness and ablity of environmental protection by cultural education, establish the concept of group responsibility, construct a new concept of eco-ethical group responsibility to the harmonious oil field by "economic promote economic,environmental protection promote economic promote economic, environmental protection promote environmental protection",with public opinion as a legal basis, with harmony and operation as the concept of the legal operation,to guide fashion as legal implementation means, to work in accordance with law as legal implemention standards, and finally achieve the construction of ecological ethics to harmonious oil field.
