Based on the previous research and field survey material, the article describes the formation and development of spoken language and history and social background in Agula. And also interprets characteristics and internal differences of spoken language in this Mongolian region from the pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary and other aspect.The paper consists of five parts. In the Introduction section, the author introduces the purpose of the topic, significance, contents and methods, previous research. In the first part, the author describes the formation and development of Agula and social and historical background. In the second part, the author interprets usage of Agoura Mongols'national language. In the third part, compared by written and other dialects, the author interprets the features of pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary of the spoken Mongolian in Agula. In the fourth part, used by research methods of dialect geography, to be painted the regional distribution of Agula and the characteristics of the Mongolian spoken language and to more specifically show internal differences of the Mongolian spoken language in this area.
