"Yili Shu ",which was writen by Jia Gongyan in Tang Dynasty, is a great work in the history of the study of Yili. But this book was lack of study in system and it had mixed remarks. Therefore, this article attempts to study "Yili Shu "'s style and features,to make an objective assessment of the specific.The artile was divided into four parts:First, we listed reviews of the "Yili Shu " after Tang Dynasty, and analyzed the achievements and shortcomings. Second, we studied of "Yili Shu"'s style, through the "Yili Shu "'s method of solution,to find the appropriate illustration, and thus to sum up its style. Then, through a summary of the full text, we summarized the features of "Yili Shu" with examples. Finally, we took several important "Yili" research books as comparision to post Tang Dynasty discuss in detail the impact of "Yili Shu "to later ritual theory.From the perspective of philology, by analysis of a large number of examples, we did a series of discussions on the style and features of'Yili Shu ", and finally we drew the conclusion of the impertance of "Yili Shu " in the History of the study of Jing.
