"tang Feng Set" For Research

People in Ming Dynasty respected Tang poetry, Literaties not only imitated Tang Dynasty persons in literary creation, and like to spreaded their politic ideas through Tang poetry Anthologies. They were interested in Tang poetry selection, or committed to make notes for the former anthologies. Since Jiajing Dynasty anthologies had been popular untile the end of Ming Dynasty. "Tang Feng Ding" is an anthology of Tang poetry editted by XingFang, It was finished in the ninth year of Shunzhi Dynasty. The keynote of the anthology was gentle and peaceful, so most of the poems were written in the glorious age of Tang Dynasty. Some poems written in the middle and late Tang Dynasty had also been selected for the anthology also focused on the "real temperament " and absorbed the poetic theories of "slack","agile" and "vigorous" from Jingling.So "Tang Feng Ding" was a product affected by several poetic thoughts in the late Ming.In this paper,we set "Tang Feng Ding"text as the basis, combine Xingfang's family history with the social and cultural background of the Late Ming to inspect the process of compiling;We compared "Tang Feng Ding"with part of the previous anthologies and discuss the Compilation Features using statistical methods; This paper investigated "Tang Feng Ding" with the comprehensive ways of comparison, statistics and the investigation of intercourse. This paper also investigated the contradictions between Xing Fang's poetic ideas and creative performance combining with his "Shijiu Qianhou Ji"; at last, the poetic meaning of the "Tang Feng Ding" was summed up. After Discussing the above five areas, this research attempts to provide a systematic understanding for the research of "Tang Feng Ding".
