College students find the right jobs has become increasingly difficult, enterprise also generally reflected that it is not easy to bring them the right employees, there are still quite a few new employees move quickly to jobs elsewhere, for enterprises and the development of college students themselves, turnover has been a serious social topic. Some students leave soon after they entring an office, it is related with their personal career planning, and also has the very big relations with whether they received career education.To explore the individual career planning and turnover relationship, this study use revised individual career planning questionnaire and compiled turnover reasons questionnaire for tools, using "snowball sampling" way to selected 262 employees graduated from university who has no more than three years work experience as subjects, using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, t-test, variance analysis and regression analysis, structural equation model to understand the present situation and individual differences of the new employee's individual career planning and termination; and further explore the influence of individual career planning and career education on turnover, and finally proposes suggestions for school and employees for reference. This study indicates that:1.Individual career planning has 6 factors which are goals-setup self-exploration, exploration degree, career exploration, continue learning, interrelationship& self-present.2.Turnover reasons has 4 factors which are working pressure, operating characteristic factors, personal return, career orientation.3.Individual career has significant effect on quit intention; career education has significant influence on leave behavior and quit intention; individual career planning has no significant influence on leave behavior.4.In individual career planning, new employees' self-exploration is generally in high degree, interrelationship& self-present is also relatively at valued position.5.Quit intention in education has a remarkable difference, the higher education, the lower intention to leave; quit intention in unit number has a remarkable difference, the less unit number is, the higher intention to leave.6.The turnover reason is in this turn:personal return, working pressure, operating characteristic factors, career orientation.
