And it has analyzed the possibility of the coach as the counsellors in university.From the research,we can see:1.The main distinguishes of the full time and the part time counsellors are:the self-efficacy beliefs behind the counsel, the mean times of every visitor and the processing of the one who has the tendendy of suicide.2.The significant differents of the the full time and the part time counsellors in university are major theoretical knowledge, consultation mechanism and the advisory experiences. Also,there are some differents in stress.they are devoid of professional skills, Work burden, often has role confusion and the treatment difficult.3.Because of the work itself, they often has work burden, role confusion, and tied in body and heart,they do not fit as a counsellor.4.1f training, the coach working itself will better. But for the role of counsellor, because of the work itself, there are no better on working time, emotion confind and role exchange.
