In China, with the establishing of harmonious society, music education has been gradually becoming a kind of aesthetic education, and it also playing a necessary part in the basic education. Teaching is the key of educational personnel training. Education management takes an important position of educational personnel training. And it is indispensable to supply educational talents.In knowledge-based economy time, knowledge becomes the first requisite of promoting the development of productivity. Although music education has its own knowledge characteristics and purpose, implementing teaching, training talents, or engaging in scientific research are all closely bound up with the intellectual activities. Based on the theory of "using knowledge to measure task, practice and responsibility" which is a viewpoint of knowledge management, exploring the three main activities of music education management work correspondingly:mode of management organization, the teaching practice and the ability of management.This paper selects several universities and art colleges which could train professional person in musical world in Beijing as the subjects of study. Analyzing the function characteristics and mode of teaching management agencies, according to the difference of discipline level and the management level of professional and non-professional art college, it should separately emphasize the management influence of a college or a department, to make the basic philosophy of developing the discipline and cultivating professional talents always come true. And divides their management modes into low-coupling type, bypass type and single structure type, extracting the essences of the three modes and organically use them into all levels of education management. It is worth being called the optimal management mode.Through the description of the current status of the practical courses of the students of different colleges and universities, this research puts forward that in the following educational management process, increasing the percentage of practice class in curriculum, enhancing the status and effect of the education practice should be stressed, and the vocational guidance and career planning for the students should be paid attention to. That the management of the practical activities is also the key link in nurturing music education management talents should also be made clear. Meanwhile, it puts forward the requirement for the music education management staff and music teachers on enhancing their art literacy and management ability, and hence results the thinking and responses on the arrangement of the professional emphasis of the music education management science.Finally, beginning from the relevant perspectives, it discusses the music education teaching management, attempting to put forward some suggestions and imaginations on explaining principles and setting goals in the process of nurturing music talents from the aspect of management and psychology theories.
