Abstract/Summary:
Mental quality is an important part of the overall quality of officers and men, mental health is an important foundation for comprehensive development of officers and men. Air Force always attached importance to mental work, the flight personnel selection, training, use of psychological work has been consistent throughout. Currently the Air Force pilots are the focus of attention, and for the air crew, while the largest number, but relatively less attention, and very few people understand, or even the majority of maintenance officers and soldiers have not done a considerable psychological evaluation. Therefore, the study aviation maintenance personnel mental health, mental health staff to improve the level of aviation maintenance, flight safety and security for the Air Force to maintain and enhance the combat effectiveness of significance.AIM:Purpose of this study is to study the mental health of air crew and its influencing factors, exploring attribution training, change crew way deal with the psychological impact of aviation maintenance personnel new model of psychological services for military construction to provide a scientific basis for the new period.METHODS:In this study, psychological evaluation, factor analysis and structured interview, a random cluster sample of air force officers and men of first-line maintenance as a sample of 980 people. Randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Psychometric scale SCL-90 used symptom checklist (90 questions) and adult Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), attributional style questionnaire (ASQ) and coping style questionnaire (SCSQ). Psychological evaluation with multi-functional instrument groups DXC Surveying. First, the control group and intervention group were to implement psychological evaluation; on the implementation of the intervention group due to style, coping style, training and training, 7 months respectively after the evaluation.RESULTS:The main results of this study: the implementation of change in coping style of training and mental training before due to the control group and intervention group SCL-90 results with national norms, forced (Obsessive), somatization (Somatic), sleep and diet score national norms were significantly different (P <0.05), the rest of the factor scores and the total average lower than the norm was no significant difference (P> 0.05); intervention group before intervention control group no significant difference. The intervention group 7 months to implement changes in response to the way training and attributional style training. Intervention group before and after intervention of their SCL-90 test force, the body points was significantly lower than before intervention, coping and attribution styles have significantly improved; the control group did not differ significantly. CONCLUSION: the intervention group at 7 months of change in coping style training and attributional style training intervention around the air crew psychological health and life satisfaction increased significantly in the control group life satisfaction before and after no significant difference; the intervention group mental training before and after the implementation of mental health has improved, the effect is obvious in the control group before and after training in the implementation of psychological mental health status was no significant difference; change in attributional style and coping style on the crew role in promoting mental health.
