Mainland China In The New Century Comedy Film Studies

This paper mainly research problems of comic movies during the 21th century,such as comedy creature, connotation and comic styles.In the first chapter, we first describe comedy and the concept of comic movies to determine on the research object. Then we discuss the development of Chinese comic movies during the 21th century, divide this period of comedies into two stages, and analyze the basic characteristics of the development. In the second chapter, we focus on how to create comic in the comedies during this period. We will start from plot construction, character molding and lines to analyze the main way to create comic movies. In the third chapter, we do further study about the connotation of the comedies, and discover the ideological value, to approve the outstanding contribution to reality critical and humane care. Based on above-mentioned analysis, in the last chapter, we summarize two styles of comic movies----"happy but not excessive" and "carnival". In addition, we also make a detailed analysis on the problems, such as resemblance of comic tactics, lack of typical characters, vulnerable building of stories and so on.In short, in this paper, we attempt to approach to Chinese comedies with significant views and hope it will do a little bit good to the future comedies.
