The Research On City Urban Cultural Construction In Yanbian District

City is one of the most important culture carriers. Culture is the soul of the city. Cultural construction is very important to the survival and development of the city. Yanbian Korean Nationality Autonomous Prefecture is the biggest settlement of Korean Chinese nationality population. The Korean culture and the Shaman culture are very rich. The resources of Korean culture are particularly remarkable. Each city in Yanbian is rich and colorful in its own culture, which occupies a very impotant status in China. It is of great significance for the deepening of the policy of "Enriching the People and Developing the Prefecture" and promoting balanced development to ensure sound and rapid economic growth to exploit the cultural resources and develop the cultural industry positively. However, there are some problems such as the construction of cultural infrastructure isn't systematical, and the complete set of mechanism is out of date, plus the lack of consciousness of urban cultural construction. In terms of urban culturalconstruction, it proposes the idea that we can embody the charm of the city by means of comprehensive arrangement of cultural infrastructure construction. We can explore the cultural industry of the city so as to build a distinguished city. We can strengthen the mass culture building in order to promote grade and image of the city. In the level of urban cultural systems,.the paper puts forward the proposal of making plans and scientific development. It suggests that we create good environment and make effective policies, strengthen coordination and improve the mechanism. In the level of urban spirit and culture, it brings forward that we should strengthen the main theme education, take shape good social moral, enhance the general quality of the citizens, raise the level of the urban civilization, combine the traditions and nationalities, popularize the local advantages and characteristics, etc. We should manage to work out a new pattern of urban cultural construction in Yanbian, which suits the new situation and tasks.
