Discuss Design Thingking And Aesthetic Values Of Digital Arts

This study is starting from origin, classification and characteristics of digital arts, the unique performance characteristics of digital arts is the core, mainly discusses the precondition, classification and basic method of digital arts design thinking, and unique aesthetic values of digital arts, explore the relationship between design thinking and aesthetic values, this study help people have intuitive and profound understanding about digital arts, deeply cognition and understand design thinking and aesthetic values of digital arts.This study mainly adopted literature study, case analysis, and comparative research methods.First, this study traces back the origin of "digital arts" and re-defines the term from a new angle by combining with different viewpoints and the author's own experience. Based on the relationship between digital technique and the arts, the present ways of digital arts creation is concluded as three kinds in a broad sense herein:digitalized arts, arts of digitalization, art and digital technology. Besides, five properties of digital arts, including technicality, virtuality, interaction, editable type and integration are explained and analyzed accordingly.Designer's knowledge and capability required by digital arts are the precondition to conduct any designs and the creative thinking are the essence of designing by way of digital arts. Original thinking, associative thinking, divergent thinking and critical thinking are the four types of thinking occurring in the design and the basic methods to develop the above design thinking include observing, absorbing new views, seizing inspiration, imagining, inheriting and improving.With certain thinking and methods, designers can create vivid, interactive and attractive works of digital arts if they follow the general laws of formal beauty and aesthetic values. Such works are full of unique aesthetic expressions and values of digital art, beauty of the combination of science and art, beauty of the interaction between the author and audiences, beauty of the experience of virtual reality and beauty of the entertainment of digital ideas, which allow the audiences to enjoy aesthetic feelings in the process of sharing and expand their aesthetic visions and realms. Unique artistic charms of digital arts reveal the standard of beauty of digital arts.The relationship between thinking activities of digital arts design and aesthetic values in the works are interactive and mutual promoted. Technology, emotion, style and human beings are closely related with the design thinking and aesthetic values. That is to say, technique is not only the tool to realize design thinking, but also the application of aesthetic values; emotion is the way to express the thinking and set the standard of aesthetic values; design thinking show the style, which in fact is the personality of aesthetic values; The main subject of the thinking is human beings, which are the core of aesthetic values.Digital arts have initiated the unprecedented revolution in the art history of human and are leading the irresistible art trend worldwide.
