"Zhuangzi" not only discusses the content such as the relationship between the body and mind, cognitive process, thinking and language, ideal personality, happiness, but also do a profound and delicate description of a special state of consciousness dream, "Oblivion", and related psychological feelings. Undoubtedly, to research Zhuangzi's philosophy of psychology will enrich the research about philosophy of Taoism Zhua-ngzi, and this will be great significance for the study of Chinese Psychology. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part writes the psychosomatic concept of Zhuangzi. First, Zhuangzi thinks that "we must first raise in the form of objects" ("Yang Shengzhu"), the spirit after the body. "Physical protection of God, the nature of each instrument is called" ("Tian Di"), The physical maintaines the spirit. The spirit shows different, this is the character. Meanwhile, Zhuangzi think that physical is not one to one relationship wit-h spirit. A person looks very ugly, but his mind is not also ugly and distortion. Seco-nd, Zhuangzi think "fine but refined, anti-phase days." ("Da Sheng")A person's men-tal influence on the healthy of his body. The spirit is very important to physical heal-th, Always people are sick because of their concerns which are harmful to themselv-es, not because of the external things. Chuangzi's psychosomatic concept embodies his respect to human's spirit and his height concern of the human personality charact-er.The second part writes the cognitive concept of Zhuangzi.. Zhuangzi think that human's psychology and consciousness are like a mirror, to reflect the external obje-cts. The materials of human's psychology and consciousness come from the objecti-ve outside reality world. Meanwhile,Zhuangzi think that psychology is not a simple, mechanical reflection of the external objective world. This is reflected in that human can choose different angles to get to understand things, and people's understanding of the subject matter are limited by objective conditions, personal previous experienc e,and the object itself. Zhuangzi divided cognitive process into two stages:"jie zhi" and "mo zhi".""jie zhi" is the perception, the first stage of cognitive, "Mo knows" is the thinking, the second stage of cognitive. The third part write Zhuangzi's understanding of the relationship between "Ian-guage" and "meaning".Zhuangzi has a profound reflection and a lot of the correct findings in this. First, Zhuangzi thinks that the relationship between "language" and "meaning" are"the tool and the purpose". Second, Zhuangzi thinks that expressing the meaning by language have some limitations.Third, Zhuangzi have a deep unde-rstanding that the relationship between language and things is different from the rel-ationship between thought and things.Things are marked by language, but things are reflected by thought. Finally, Zhuangzi distinguishes two worlds:the phenomenon word that can be expressed and the ontology word that cannot be expressed in words. In this way, Zhuangzi tell people to go back to the thing itself to the pursuit "Dao" and understand "Dao" in practice. Zhuangzi advocates that people should pursue the natural word, and should not actively pursue artificial things. The fourth part write Zhuangzi's dream and the special status-"Oblivion" in the book. First, I interpret Zhuangzi's dream baseing on the views of The Interpretation of Dreams of Freud, in order to understand the psychological state of Zhuangzi. Seco-nd, I write about the Oblivion state in "Zhuangzi". This state is very mysterious. In fact, this really is an unconscious state. And basically it is the same as the meditation and transcendental meditation in emodern psychology. Finally,I write peak experien-ce which is descriped in "Zhuangzi". Paoding's "smug," Zhuangzi's "happiness".Be happy by "travelling calmly" of the fish, "Ran Xu-xu" of Dreaming and so on, "self-accumplish" state are kinds of the peak experience. In the course of the self-accump-lish, people will realize the peak experience. The fifth part writes Zhuangzi's ideal personality. For personality,Zhuangzi focu-ses on exploring what is the ideal personality, what does the characteristics the ideal personality have. He thinks that the ideal personality can get rid of "deliberately", be tactful, beyond the fetters of worldly material desires, be with open minded attitude, while holding the opinion that everything is equal. The ideal personality has no absol-ute concept, and just does the pursuit of spiritual freedom, the pursuit of "Dao".The sixth part writes Zhuangzi's understanding of happiness.Subjective well -being is a hot topic of positive psychology. What is happiness? How to get happy? Zhuangzi's answer is wise and thought-provoking. He believes fate obedience and free are happiness. Fate obedience is the way to happiness.Free is the state of happ-iness.
