The Research On The Pattern Of University Students' Mental Health Education By The Network Environment

Psychological health education in China began in the 20 century 80,many universities have developed mental health education theory and practice of trying and formed a variety of mental health education model. However, the rapid development of computer and network technology in recent years have had a variety of positive and negative effects on universities'mental health and have brought new challenges for mental health education work in the university. Mental health education work are taking place the profound changes in form and content under the impact and influence of the Internet tide.Traditional mental health education model has been difficult to adapt to the serious challenges of the network of mental health education. Therefore, it has a great significance for the effectiveness of mental health education to strengthen the research of mental health education model in the network environment and to explore how to better carry out the work of mental health education in the network environment.This study based on the network environment of university students' psychological health education mode construction as the core, through the theoretical analysis and empirical research combined method to study the main contents as follows:First, the study analysis the network environment and its influence mechanism to ndividual psychology and elaborates the importance of health education under the network environment;Second, the definitions of mental health education model and mental health education model in the network environment, as a new mode of mental health education, how to define it directly impacts on the late model construction;Third, the present situation of university students'mental health education model under the network environment, through the questionnaire and interviews to mental health education workers in the university, the writer understand the status of mental health education;Finally, constructing the mental health education model in the network environment, this model mainly includes structure factors and organizational mechanism, structural factors mainly includes the object, objectives, principles, contents, route, evaluation six aspects, the organizational mechanism mainly refers to the "four constructions " :institutional construction, team construction, system construction, resources construction.
