The Study Of The Musical Instrument-Brownze Nao In Pre-Qin Dynasty

Nao is one of the bronze musical instrument during Shang and Zhou Dynasties. Most of the Nao are unearthed in Yin Dynasty ruins and the ancient DongYi area in the north, and the Yangtze valley and the Lingnan area in the south. As an important bronze instrument in the period, Nao is taken as an Important archaeology topic. At present Nao is often studied in archeology and Musicology field. In this paper, Nao are collected and studied in archaeological typology method, and the related academic issues will also be discussed in the following.The first part of the paper is the introduction section. In this section these contents are discussed including the topics reason, the scope of the research contents,the history and value of the research, the research method, the Organization of the paper and the name textual research. In the following two parts, Nao is analysed in archaeological typology method. In the last part, these contents are discussed including the origin and development, the alloying constituent, the archetype, the volume range and the members of the instrument implements group of Nao.The archaeological typology discussion is the most important in the paper, which is also the foundation of the related discussion. Nao is classified and sorted firmly according to the archaeological typology principle,and the regularity of the development is summed up at last. When discussing the origin and development of Nao, analogy method is used,and Nao is compareed with Small Bell and Bell. The spreading of Nao is analysed in the Method of finding, restoring Nao to the framework of the archaeological typology. The alloying constituent is analysed according to the ancient text.
