| Objective:Basing on the results of researches in Chinese and Western personality's structure, this research started with adjectives of Chinese personality trait to restored personality structure to behavior-directed structure, and aimed at exploring the personality structure of individual, group and even humanity.Methods:First, selecting the typical adjectives within personality structure Chinese five-factor model, the six factor model and the Big Seven factor model and distinguished by behavior-directed and overall merit; Second, taking the standardized test by " Chinese Personality Trait adjective self-assessment questionnaire"; And then, explaining the factor Structure by elements'structure. Finally, building three theoretical model of the Chinese personality and establish the behavior-directed of Chinese personality by fitting examination.Results:The minimum construction unit of personality structure under lexicology form could be divided into material element and connect element; The subject of Chinese personality structure is constructed by core personality trait which is made by trait terms in the middle part of the three behavior-directed axis, and central personality trait which is made by trait terms in the each end of the three behavior-directed axis, and that is the behavior-directed structure form the organic integrity of Chinese personality; According to the Chinese behavior-directed structure, "behavior point to oneself" determines "behavior point to others" and "behavior point to things", and "comprehensive evaluate on behavior" is reflected in "behavior point to oneself" and "behavior point to others".Conclusion:1. Chinese personality factor structure could be basically reduced to the behavior-directed structure which is more general and unified the knowledge base of Chinese personality structure. 2. Establish the Chinese personality behavior-directed connection manner by the fitting examination of behavior-directed structure proposed model. |
