We may say that many culture factors that influencing the cultural connotations of China, the national spirit and the thinking mentality of Chinese have a tight connection with Heluo culture. Moreover,there were famous people, literary men and great men beyond number were born here, lived here, took up writing here, and ended their life here. They injected different essence of culture into the vein of Heluo civilization. In a way, Heluo culture is the source and root of culture. The geological location of"the center in China"makes it as a mainstream district culture in the Chinese National Culture.Luoyang which stands in the central part of the Heluo area, has variety of place names. Each of the place names are plain yet meaningful. Through the study of such place names, we find that they are rich and colorful in Heluo culture, including politics, religion, ideology, folk and geography. It was from the study of these that so much was learnt about the Heluo culture.
