The primary mission of modern competitive sports is to maximize the potential of humanbody movement, and constantly promote sports results. With the fierce competition ofcompetitive sports, the athletes' technique and ability have risen notably. Most of the resultsand records have been approaching to the human physical limits, so that it has become verydifficult to go forward even just one little step for athletes. Together with the development ofcoaches' and athletes' understanding, people pay more and more attention to arrange trainingunder the guidance of multi-discipline theories. In all these contexts, naturally, the problemabout control gradually emerges.Based on cognitive evaluation theory, this research took the athletes of shooting andarchery in Shanxi Province (N=57) as subjects. Through setting the different levels andchanging the direction of controlling in hyperventilation task, the relation between taskcontrolling and athletes' immediate emotional state will be discussed. This experiment cutsthe sense of control, a long-term experience, into piece and analyzed their impact one by one.Hope that it can provide materials for knowing the problem about control, lay the foundationfor future exploration about control in sports training, especially in the prevention andintervention of psychological fatigue, and be able to provide guidance and reference fortraining and practice. To analyze the brain electrical EEG data and BFS mood data, we finally reached thefollowing conclusions:(1) Different task controlling will make athletes have different task quality andemotional state. High task controlling make athletes' performance poor inhyperventilation task, which are more likely to lead to negative feelings, especiallydepression.(2) Changing the task controlling also will make the same athlete have different taskquality and emotional state. Decreasing the task controlling will raise thehyperventilation quality, but improving the task controlling has little influence. Also, the lasting emotion effect of different task controlling is mainly generated by theinitial one and the subsequent task controlling contributes little. (3) The accumulative effect of task controlling has an experimental dissociation betweenphysiological indexes and subjective experience of the athletes' emotions.
