Clinical Research Of Euphorbia Powder In Treating Chronic Pelvic Inlfammatory Disease (Pattern Of Damp-heat Brewing)

Purpose: This research observes the clinical curative effect of Euphorbia Powder in order to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(pattern of damp-heat brewing), to further discuss and recognize the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease pathology mechanism and the function mechanism of Euphorbia Powder.Method:64patients of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group&control group). We applied Euphorbia Powder in treatment group, while32patients in control group were applied Yinjia pill. The author systematically observed Euphorbia Powder sinfluence on the patients' total symptom scores and the improve of clinical symptom.Result:The clinical observation results indicated:the treatment group showed that the cure rate was40.625%; the total effectiveness was81.25%. The control group showed the cure rate as25.00%; the total effectiveness as71.875%. The cure rate and comparative total effectiveness of the two groups had significant differences (P<0.05). This showed that treatment group results surpassed the control group in the efficacy of the medicines used.Conclusion: The Euphorbia Powder is effective on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(pattern of damp-heat brewing), and worth popularizing and recipe is effective on applying for clinic.
