| [Objective] To observe the expression of NF-κB in middle ear cholesteatoma without treat, middle ear cholesteatoma with treat and normal external ear canal skin. To preliminary discuss the relationship between NF-κB and the pathogenesis of middle ear cholesteatoma, and illuminate the pathogenesis of middle ear cholesteatoma.[Method] Collect39cases of middle ear cholesteatoma,11cases of normal external ear canal skin. Detect the expression of NF-κB in the above tissue using real-time qPCR.[Result] The real-time qPCR study demonstrated that the level of NF-κB in middle ear cholesteatoma (ΔCT=4.78±0.52) higher than normal external ear canal skin (Δ CT=6.17±0.40)[Conclution]Comparing with the normal skin, the expressions of NF-κB were significantly higher in middle ear cholesteatoma higher than normal external ear canal skin. |
