[Objective]Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a world wide burden of disease.COPD is an increasingly common Problem in China.COPD is characterized by airway inflammation. The cytokines involved in this inflammatory process are very important. The aim of the investigation is to investigate the change of interleukin-32(IL-32), C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in the Serum for acute exacerbation of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD), the Stable period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the healthy person in the First Affiliated Hospital Medical Center of Kunming Medical Unversity.Explore the relationship levels of IL-32, CRP and AECOPD, To evaluate Clinical value of AECOPD treatment.[Methods]1. Objects:1) AECOPD group:Forty-five Patients diagnosed as AECOPD in the First Affiliated Hospital one department of Respiratory Medicine of Kunming Medical Unversity from Jan.2011to Apr.2012.2)Stable COPD group:Forty-five Patients diagnosed as the Stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the First Affiliated Hospital one department of Respiratory Medicine of Kunming Medical College from Jan.2011to Apr.2012.3) Control group:Thirty healthy adult in the first Affiliated Hospital Medical Center of Kunming Medical College.2.Measure the serum levels of CRP and IL-321) Sample collection:We extracted three groups vein blood and then mensuration and collected10milliliter blood from all subjects through centrifuge for30minute with a speed of3000r/min,and then preserved the serum into the refrigerator with the temperature subzero70degree.2) Measure method: We measured the levels of CRP with Beckmann Coulter image and related reagents in the clinical laboratory of the first Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College. We determine the serum IL-32levels in the ways of radioimmunoassay, the serum IL-32levels by ABC-Elisa.[Results]①Researching the primary influence factors, stepwise multiple correlations, regression analysis reveal that IL-32is correlated with leukocyte count, neutrophils, CRP, smoking and the index of smoking. Leukocyte and neutrophils being the biggest influence factors. Making the further two-two comparisons, through q inspection result, because of each group mean in different fields, the thesis can obtain the supreme to AECOPD, then the Stable period of COPD, the healthy person lowest values. Similarly, the thesis can obtain CRP value can be regarded different not identical in acute exacerbation of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the Stable period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the healthy person. Making the further two-two comparisons, through q inspection result, because of Each group mean in different fields, the thesis can obtain the supreme to AECOPD, and then the Stable period of COPD, the healthy person is lowest levels.③The patient have or no obvious relevance to the serum IL-32, CRP, By means of rank correlation analysis showing interrelated in three groups.For coefficient of correlation r present the gradual increment trend among the acute exacerbation of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the Stable period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the healthy person. Prompt as CRP value rise, IL-32value also ascent.As well amplitude gradually increases.④The patient have or no obvious relevance to the serum IL-32, leukocyte, neutrophils, smoking and the index of smoking, by means of correlation analysis finding out coefficient of correlation r present the gradual increment trend among the acute exacerbation of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the Stable period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the healthy person. When r value rise, prompt as leukocyte, neutrophils, smoking and the index of smoking rise, IL-32value also ascent.As well amplitude gradually increases.⑤mpathy, by means of correlation analyze the patient have or no obvious relevance to the serum among the CRP, leukocyte and neutrophils finding out coefficient of correlation r present the gradual increment trend among the acute exacerbation of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the Stable period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the healthy person. By means of correlation analyze the patient have or no obvious relevance to the serum among the CRP, smoking and the index of smoking finding out not significantly associated.[Conclusions]l.The serum IL-32,CRP convey different levels among the AECOPD, the stable of COPD and the healthy person, The serum IL-32,CRP levels is supreme to AECOPD,the healthy person is lowest levels. Along with the condition development, the patient's IL-32, CRP levels were growing higher and higher. Consequently, the serum IL-32levels of clinical detection can as response the patient's degree of inflammation as CRP.2. Coefficient of correlation r presents the gradual increment trend among the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the Stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the healthy person. Prompt as CRP value rise, IL-32value also ascent.As well amplitude gradually increases. The results show that the higher the patient's degrees of inflammation, the greater is the serum IL-32.The patients'progress will become development, such as respiratory failure, pulmonary encephalopathy etc.3. The patient have or no obvious relevance to the serum IL-32, leukocyte, neutrophils, smoking and the index of smoking, by means of correlation analysis finding out coefficient of correlation r present the gradual increment trend among the acute exacerbation of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the Stable period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the healthy person. Prompt as r value rise, IL-32value also ascent.As well amplitude gradually increases. The results show that the more higher the patient's degrees of inflammation and the longer of smoking, the greater is the serum IL-32.If we prompt controlling body internal degrees of inflammation and quit smoking as soon as possible, The patients' progress will significantly reduce.4.The patient have or no obvious relevance to the serum CRP, leukocyte,neutrophils,smoking and the index of smoking, by means of correlation analysis finding out coefficient of correlation r present the gradual increment trend among the acute exacerbation of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the Stable period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the healthy person. Prompt as r value rise, CRP value also ascent.As well amplitude gradually increases. The results show that the more higher the patient's degrees of inflammation and the longer of smoking, the greater is the serum CRP.It we prompt controlling body internal degrees of inflammation and quit smoking as soon as possible, The patients' progress will significantly reduce.5. The results show that test the patient's serum IL-32, CRP levels will administers to find out the origin and development of COPD. And then, there is value to the diagnosis, treatment and evaluating prognosis. we can to choose one or more cytokine antagonists in our further researches for against COPD.
