The investigation on nosocomial infection presently isto know the hospital and various department nosocomial infection situation,to analyse hospital infection close correlation dangerous factors, infection spot,surgery margin infection situation, the easy feeling disease germ's type and thedistribution, multiple bear the medicine fungus and the antibiotic servicecondition and so on, to understand the scientific management of the hospital,to reduce the nosocomial infection percentage, and to formulate themeasures and scientific basis of controlling the nosocomial infection.Methods: According to the request of countrywide nosocomial infectionnet, using the method of clinic investigation and case history investigation, wehave investigated the infection complexion about all patients0:00~24:00in17-19th August2010and17-19th August2011, including the duration,transferring department and dead case, but not including the new in hospitalpatients.Results:3628cases were investigated,208patients were infected, the current prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was5.73%, and290infectiontimes were found, the current prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was8.02%; Five departments had the high prevalence rate of nosocomial infection.They were cadre ward,neurosurgery ward,the wound bone branch three,thewound bone branch one,hematology department, the highest rate was79.97%,the lowest was0%; The infection site focused on lower respiratory tract; Onthird the antibiotics utilization ratio was extremely high; The detection rate ofmultidrug-resistant was generally higher than2010; The main risk factors areuses the life-support machine,the adrenal gland sugar cortical hormone,theurinary tract intubation correlation with nosocomial infection.Conclusion: By investigating of prevalence rate of nosocomial infection,it could improve validity of the management work of nosocomial infection,enhance the management of nosocomial infection in key department, regulatethe antibiotic utilizing, reduce the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection, andprovide the scientific references of prevention and manipulation of nosocomialinfection.
