This thesis consists of three parts.1. Structure modification and activity screening of sapogenin of panaxadiol type of Panax notoginseng.2. Structure modification of effective ingredients of Hedychium yunnanense Gagnep.3. Synthesis of alkaloid-like of extract of52species of Chinese traditional medicine.4. ReviewPart one:The structure modification and activity screening of sapogenin of panaxadiol type of Panax notoginsengThis part reported the use of hydrochloric acid in hydrolysis of the sapogenin of panaxadiol type of Panax notoginseng,and four products were obtained.The derivatives were further oxidatized by PCC,esterification with amber anhydride,epoxy change and catalytic hydrogenation,and four products were obtained. Some of these products have been screened for anti-cancer activity.Part two:Structure modification of effective components of Hedychium yunnanense GagnepThis part reported the separation of several diterpene and sequiterpenoids of Hedychium yunnanense Gagnep, and structure modification of some composition.The reaction methods involves acylation,methylation, ethylation,hydrogenation,photosensitive oxidation, ozonolysis,et al. And thirteen derivatives were prepared.Part three:Synthesis of alkaloid-like of extract of52species of Chinese traditional medicine.This part describe extration of52widely-used Chinese traditional medicine,and tests of contains of alkaloid components and components can easily react with amine reagents produce alkaloid components.
