| Panax notoginseng,belonging to Araliaceae,is a kind of medicinal material in traditional Chinese medicine.In the same family,Panax quinquefolius is native to Canada and America,and its dried root can nourish vital energy,clear heat,and promote saliva.Researches in modern chemistry and pHarmacology have shown that the main active ingredient of Panax is triterpenoid saponin.Panax notoginseng saponins are found to be beneficial to hμMan body’s blood system,nervous system,immune system,cardiac-cerebral vascular system,and metabolic system.This thesis is in an attempt to study from the following aspects:Firstly,part one will include a literature review about the relevant studies over Panax and American ginseng.It will review the chemical ingredients of Panax and its medical effect;besides,the extraction and classification method will be demonstrated within this part.Secondly,based on the modern extraction method to saponin,a new creative design will classify the Panax and American ginseng through adding enzyme water.The rough contents of Ginsenoside hidden in the two kind medicines will be detected by using LC or MS method.Furthermore,the purified Rg1 and Rb1 in productive Ginsenoside could be extracted from the original PNS via silica gel col μMn chromatograpHy.Thirdly,after reconstruction given to the extracted Rg1 and Rb1,more robust ramification will be produced.To achieve the final product,several steps need to be conducted as follows:hydroxyl groups of saponin should be Acetylationlised protected,double linkages on the branch will be modified selectively in construction to acquire a set of side products such as aldepyde group、carboxyl group、halogenated、mesylation.Finally,16 chemical compounds will be formed on the basis of depretection on YQ1 compound.Fourthly,activity detection over the acquired 16 products will be conducted.The result shows that all products do not exert strong anti-cancer activity while the anti-HIV virus biological activity is still under detection. |
