Objective:To compare the antimicrobial activities of three kinds of anatase nano-TiO2; And discuss the antimicrobial activities about silicone rubber with three kinds of anatase nano-TiO2(anatase nano-TiO2, lipophilic anatase nano-TiO2and Ag-embedded nano-TiO2) in diffreent mass fraction; And evaluate the antibacterial timeliness about the silicone rubberadd with a good mass fraction of three kinds of anatase nano-TiO2Methods:First:weight materials, each of them were all0.2624g. To determine the three kinds of anatase nano-TiO2powder in vitro Saccharomyces albicans were detected for the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC); Second:The anatase nano-TiO2were added into silicone rubber respectively with the mass fraction of l%-6%, and then to determine time and mass fraction; Third:The anatase nano-TiO2were added into silicone rubber respectively with the mass fraction of1%,2%,3%,4%,5%, then the antimicrobial effect of the silicone rubber was examined by in vitro bacteria culture and the colonies count; Fourth:Evaluate the the antimicrobial effect of the silicone rubberadd with a good mass fraction of three kinds of anatase nano-TiO2respectively in12h,24h,48h,96handl92h.Result:The MIC of the anatase nano-TiO2and the lipophilic anatase nano-TiO2against Saccharomyces albicans were both65.6g/L. The Ag-embedded nano-TiO2was16.4g/l; The silicone rubber with6%materials in it was not solidify, and best time to make silicone rubber with l%-5%antimicrobialt is5hours and the temperature is60℃; The three kinds of anatase nano-TiO2antibacterial rate were increased with the range increased from1%to4%, but in5%the antibacterial rate all show different degree of decline; The antibacterial effect about three kinds of silicone rubber with 4%antimicrobial were all enduring.Conclusion:1. The MIC of the anatase nano-TiO2and the lipophilic anatase nano-TiO2have no difference. The Ag-embedded nano-TiO2antibacterial effective was less than the others.2. Mass fraction of antibacterial agent in silicone rubber should less than6%.And the best condition time to make silicone rubber with l%-5%antimicrobialt in it is60℃,5hours.3. Thress kinds of material were all make silicone rubber have antibacterial effective. The antibacterial rate for this three kinds of the antibacterial silicone rubber, the silicone rubber with lipophilic anatase nano-TiO2seemed better than the others.4.
