Objectives:Explosive deafness is the acute ear damage of injured hearing loss of middle ear and the inner ear, which was caused by the short shock of explosion in the guns firing. explosions; and the pressure wave produced by the intermittent pulse noise. It is one of the common diseases in mining and army. and its damage brings the great pressure to the society and individuals. Thus. it is rather important to take the efficient precautions. With the fast development of the human genome sequencing and research technology. there is a great progress in the research of genetic reason of the human diseases. The deafness caused by the explosive noise is a serious social problem. At present. there is less research on the relevant genes to the deafness as a result of noise. and sporadic research on the relevant genes to the explosive deafness.This research plan, taking the artillery. tank soldiers and armored force in the southwestern military area as the object. studies the polymorphisms of single nucleotide rs121909064on the genes TECTA and analyses its relationship with military noise-oriented deafness. so that provides an efficient approach to prevent the explosive deafness.and maks contributions to the the army medical career and other noise-concerned industries.Methods:Taking the informed artillery, tank soldiers and armored force who are normal in hearing before military training but suffer the hearing loss after military operation in the southwestern military area as the object. to take96soldiers' peripheral venous blood.61are in experimental group.35are in matched group. Through the collection cubits venous blood2ml. EDTA anti-coagulation. extract DNA. polymerase chain reaction (PCR) TECTA gene amplification on purpose extract. product direct gene sequencing and gene sequence analysis, the author found that there are two samples in which rs121909064single nucleotide sites have mutations In TECTA genes in the experimental group. there is no mutations in the matched group.Results:In the blood samples of61patients in the experimental group. two suspects whose rs121909064single nucleotide sites have mutations In TECTA genes; from t-c. there is no mutations in the matched group. Through the test X2, the author got X2=1.1719, P=0.279>0.05, there is no obvious statistical meaning in the difference of this two groups.Conclusion:The research results indicate that noise has the obvious effect to hearing, and there is Individual susceptibility difference.。TECTA genes are the hot genes in genetic deafness. The two suspects whose rs121909064single nucleotide sites have mutations In TECTA genes are often exposed to the noisy environment. which are in accordance to the speculation that such mutations is conditions pathogenic mutations, but correlation to explosive deafness is no support of statistical.
