objective:Under the background of the current medical and health system reform in deepth, combined with the requirement of the new issued" the Regulations of pharmacy management in medical institutions" and the pharmaceutical care content and level at home and abroad, taking a grade three class hospital as the research subject, studying the content and current situation of the hospital's pharmaceutical cares, finding out difference and inadequacy, analysing the reasons for insufficient, and putting forward the corresponding strategies, providing a theoretical basis and practical measures for elevating pharmaceutical service and control levels to meet higher demands of pharmaceutical care in the new situation.Method:Summarizing and analyzing the related data as the contend the method,the level and quality of the pharmaceutical Care carried out in this hospital, Utilizing the methods of induction and deduction to study the hospital pharmaceutical care work achievements and shortcomings, in order to improve the quality of pharmaceutical service and put forward the feasible suggestion.Result: The hospital implement some pharmaceutical cares such as therapeutic drug monitoring, drug utilization analysis, drug compatibility analysis, hospital preparation, parenteral nutrition, adverse drug reaction monitoring, research of pharmacoeconomic, establish the system of rational drug use evaluation norm, strengthen the use of antibacterial drugs in supervision, standardize clinical medicine. Therapeutic drug monitoring work which has been carried out for more than 20 years has made certain achievements in the quantity,methodology and clinical support. But there exists some shortcomings, such as training of clinical pharmacist, service capacity of pharmacists,the depth of pharmaceutical care work; the range and effectiveness of therapeutic drug monitoring need to be strengthened; application of computer and other modern technology is insufficient; the research level of pharmaceutical is low, hospital preparation work almost stop, the centralized allocation of intravenous drugs work has not launched, all these are far below the requirement of the regulation and still keep some pace with advanced level at home and abroad which need to be solved by some feasible measures.Conclusion:Grasp the forefront of pharmaceutical service tightly of the hospital, according to the requirement of regulation of hospital pharmaceutical services'development.
