Purpose: Through giveing different molecular weight Tremella polysaccharide bydifferent way. Oral administration and intravenous injection. Observe the effect of tremellapolysaccharide to cyclophosphamide by Antitumor Synergy and Toxicity Attenuation.Searching for the best administration way and the best active samples.Method: The bearing tumor mouse model with Hepatoma-22, Sarcoma-180wasestablished for anti-tumor experiment On the basis of CTX(10mg/kg,20mg/kg)separateapplication.TP(100mg/kg,200mg/kg)differentmolecularweight(50,000Dalton,100,000Dalton,200,000Dalton and300,000Dalton). Use an oral and injection of two ways to drug.Compare the difference between joint drugs to separate drug. We observed the synergism ofTP. weighing all of animals, the thymus, liver and spleen. And then count up white bloodcells in peripheral blood. The anti-tumor effect was observed while decreasing toxicity.Result: The bearing tumor mouse model with Hepatoma-22, Sarcoma-180wasestablished for anti-tumor experiment. Different molecular weight of TP (100mg/kg,200mg/kg) and CTX (10mg/kg,20mg/kg) combined application. Oral or injection drug weregreater than separate drug of CTX. The result showed that TP could significantly improvethe effect of CTX with dosage10mg/kg and20mg/kg in Hepatoma-22and Sarcoma-180.TPcould significantly improve blood number of white blood cells and reduce CTX toxicity. Conclusion: The results of those studies show that injection drugs were greater thanOral durg.TP1have the best effect to CTX because of Antitumor Synergy and ToxicityAttenuation. Suggestting that TP1should be determined to intravenous drug way researchinto medicinal properties.
