(2)The HPLC method detected glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid, liquiritin,liquirtgenin into a different degree of change before. (3) Decoction of Radix glycyrrhiza on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, micrococcus citreus,pseudo monas aeruginosa, bacillus subtilis all has bacteriostasis.Biotransform of decoction Radix glycyrrhizae after of staphylococcus aureus bacterio static effect and pseudomonas aeruginosa antibacterial, sterilizing effect before more obviously than transformation;In the anti-inflammatory experiments, compared with normal saline groups by intestinal flora, transformed into the liquorice water extraction liquid high, medium and low dose group of all can inhibit xylene-induced ear edema in mice, hind paw edema degrees caused a statistically significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and transformation former licorice water extraction liquid high dose group compared transformed into the middle, high dose group of difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01);In the antitussive experiments, and physiological saline into group compared before and post-transform high-dosage groups high, medium and low dose group of all can prolong mice cough cough and reduce the number of incubation period is statistically significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and transformation former licorice water extraction liquid high dose group compared transformed into the middle, high dose group of difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01).
