Dixon is the most commonly used surgical method, Although the surgical technique has improved a lot the incidence of postoperative anastomotic leakage is still high. The occurrence of postoperative anastomotic leakage can result in many serious complications and even threat the patients'lives.Object: To find the influence factors of postoperative anastomotic leakage of Dixon.Methods: This is a retrospective study of 333 colorectal cancer patients who underwent operation at second affiliated hospital of dalian medical university from 2002 to 2010.Results: The statistical results of postoperative anastomotic leakage occurrences show as follow: male: 15 out of 189 (7.94%) cases; female: 11out of 144 (7.64%) cases; age less than 60: 11 out of 138 (7.97%) cases; age larger than 60: 15 out of 195 (7.69%) cases; diabetes: 6 out of 46 (13.04%) cases; hypoalbuminemia applied with imported stapler: 2 out of 18 (11.11%) cases; albumin normal applied with imported stapler: 3 out of 83 (3.61%) cases; hypoalbuminemia applied with homebred stapler: 4 out of 21 (19.05%) cases; albumin normal applied with homebred stapling: 11 out of 165 (6.67%) cases; non-diabetes and albumin normal: 14 out of 248 (5.65%) cases.Conclusions: This study indicates that the differences between imported and homebred stapler, diabetes and non-diabetes, and hypoalbuminemia and albumin normal are correlated to the occurrences of postoperative anastomotic leakage, while the differences of age and gender aren't correlated to the occurrences of postoperative anastomotic leakage. |
