Objective:To study the change of healthy volunteers'lower limb hemodynamics and left ventricle contraction function indexes in different time group before, during and after using A-V impulse foot pump, to explore the regularity of these indexes'change, to supply a more reasonable method on clinical application.Methods: 40 healthy volunteers, with a mean age of 42 years (20 to 65). Conventional ultrasonic inspection are normal. Using a color doppler ultrasound system with sonics quantitative analysis software (GE-LOGIQ 9), detected artery hemodynamics such as maximum velocity (Vs), early diastolic velocity (Vd), mean velocity (Vm), pulsatility index (PI), blood flow volume (QA) and vein hemodynamics such as maximum velocity (V), mean velocity (Vm), blood flow volume (QV) and cardiac function indexes such as stroke volume (SV),cardiac output (CO) before using the pump (A), during using 10 minutes (B1), 20 minutes (B2), 30 minutes (B3), the moment of stop useing (C1), after using 30 minutes (C2), 40 minutes (C3). Set the A-V impulse foot pump parameter as: inflation pressure: 200mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa), inflation frequency: 3 vices/min.Results:1. Artery hemodynamics:①During use the A-V impulse foot pump, causes the indexes change immediately,Vs, Vd, Vm, QA in group B1, B2, B3 were significantly higher than those in group A (P<0.01), PI were significantly lower than it in group A (P<0.01). During useing 20 minutes above-mentioned indexes begin to be stable in the certain range,between B2 and B3 the indexes had no significant difference (P>0.05).②At the moment of stop using the A-V impulse foot pump ,every index begin to fall except PI. Vs, Vd, Vm, QA in group C1 were still significantly higher than those in group A (P<0.01), PI were still significantly lower than it in group A (P<0.01). Vs, Vd, Vm, QA in group C2 were still higher than those in group A (P<0.05), PI were still lower than it in group A (P<0.05). Above-mentioned indexes in group C3 compared with those in group A had no significant difference (P>0.05).2. Vein hemodynamics:The regularity change of V, Vm, QV in every group is the same as the artery hemodynamics.3. Cardiac function indexes:During using the A-V impulse foot pump SV, CO were significantly higher than those in group A (P<0.01), during useing 20 minutes above-mentioned indexes begin to be stable in the certain range,between B2 and B3 the indexes had no significant difference (P>0.05). At the moment of stop using, every index begin to fall, SV, CO in group C1 were still significantly higher than those in group A (P<0.01), SV,CO in group C2 were still higher than those in group A (P<0.05), Above-mentioned indexes in group C3 compared with those in group A had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. The A-V impulse foot pump can raise venous blood velocity and flow, promote venous blood circumfluence, increase the pressure gradient of Arterial-Venous, speed up arterial blood velocity, depress the resistance of peripheral circulation, add the returned blood volume, increase the burden of heart.2. During using the A-V impulse foot pump 20 minutes, lower limb hemodynamics and left ventricle contraction function indexes achieved crest value, then begin to be stable in the certain range, hint the A-V impulse foot pump can keep on using; At the moment of stop using, every index begin to fall except PI, after using 30 minutes every index still higher than before using except PI, after using 40 minutes every index closed to before using, it suggests that if interrupt using the A-V impulse foot pump, the rational use time should be used 2030 minutes then stop using 3040 minutes.3. The A-V impulse foot pump can promote venous blood circumfluence, add the returned blood volume, aggravate the burden of heart. It suggests that the patients of chronic cardiac failure whose heart function in gradeⅡand above should be used carefully.
