Objective: To investigate the utility of CT urography (CTU) reconstruction in preoperative of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy to cure complex renal calculi. Methods: 86 cases of urinary stones in patients with minimally invasive mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy line lithotripsy application of CT urography in the preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction techniques measurements with the stones to where calyceal puncture site formed by the angle andpuncture depth. Puncture with positioning geometry.Determine the puncture point, puncture angle and depth. To provide the best path for Puncture. Get the actual postoperative stone clearance rate. CTU measurements angle between puncture calyceal and where calyceal with stones and puncture depth to correlation analysis with postoperative stone clearance rate. Analysis the accuracy and effectiveness of 100 cases over the same period not underwent CTU three-dimensional reconstruction techniques in the preoperative. Results: 1. Correlation analysis showed that CTU measurements angle between puncture calyceal and where calyceal with stones was positively correlated with postoperative stone clearance rate P<0.01.2. Between 86 cases and 100case of over the same not Check CTU three-dimensional reconstruction techniques to Design puncture channel in the preoperative that one time stone clearance have significant difference P<0.05.3. Two group puncture calyceal mild hydronephrosis have significant difference P<0.05.4. Two group puncture calyceal without hydronephrosis cause bleeding have significant difference P<0.05. Conclusion:1. The greater stone clearance rate along with the angle between Puncture channel and calyceal fill with stone . 2. CTU three-dimensional reconstruction in preoperative evaluation of kidney stones, to work out the best path to puncture, Be use to percutaneous renal lithotripsy in the preoperative can improve the puncture success rate, improve stone clearance rate.3. CTU assisted selection can avoid the puncture channel select to be unreasonable due to increased multi-channel perform the surgery and injury the kidney, reduces the risk of puncture injury of adjacent organs, reduce bleeding, reduce and avoid complications.
