Objective:To study the knee muscle power with the autograft in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament;and discuss the reason of the deficiency of the power and make the theoretical basis For clinical rehabilitation plan.Method:30 cases of all rupture were studied ,which were divided into two groups. They are from sport hosipital and Peking University Third Hospital. GroupⅠwas autograft (n=20),groupⅡwas allograft (n=10).Inclusion criteria:at least seven months postoperatively before test; without the contralateral limb surgeries;and restoring movement.Exclusion standard:other knee surgeries;cartilage damageⅢ-Ⅳ; the skeletal muscle strain or damage a month or so before the test; more than 3 mm of the double knee-relaxation degree; older than 40 years old;from the injury to the operation time more than 1 year and the ameniscus intraoperative decompression and micro fractures .Both groups proceed the rehabilitation training after reconstruction .Subjectes were assessed with isokinetic measurement after from sevento twelve months postopration (mean=8.5 months) in 60°/s,180°/s and 240°/s. Main test index include PT,PT/BW and TWResults:Muscle power of quadriceps and hamstring was no signification difference between the two groups because of P>0.05 in PT,PT/BW and TW. Compared with side and rehabilitation side in groupⅠ, the muscle differ about 17%;and the extensor muscles is more apparent than the of the defect of flexor muscle strength .Conclusion: Between the two groups, muscle in the short-term curative effect is close and no signification difference .The allografts can take place of the autografts in safe.
