Objective:By using MRA to evaluate the incidence of the vertebrobasilar and internal carotid artery disease, the predilection site and other related indicators, provide a theoretical basis for different types of cerebrovacular disease. Methods:A total of 1030 patients with carotid artery ultrasonography from hospitalization and outpatient department of neurology in the Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College from January 2008 to January 2009 were selected, and all the patients were confirmed by brain MRA and neck MRA. Bye useing the GE 1.5T superconductive MRI system equipped with 8 NV head and neck coil USA to analysis the cerebral artery vascular lesions degree and growth status of head and neck. Use SPSS16.0 statistical software to analysis the data.Results:1. In the 1030 cases of cerebrovascular disease patients, 27 cases are congenital vascular lesions, accounting for 2.6%; 450 cases are acquired vascular lesions, accounting for 43.7%; 553 cases are no significant cerebral vascular disease, accounting for 53.7%.2. In 1003 patients of acquired cerebrovascular disease, each age group comparison of positive rates of vascular disease: the lowest positive rate with cerebrovascular disease was less than 30 years, only accounting for 9.09%,30~group accounting for 19.28%;40~group accounting for 37.28%; the highest is 80~group, accounting for 94.74%; The positive rate of cerebral vascular disease increased with the age.3. In 1003 patients of acquired cerebrovascular disease, 546 are males, and 216 of them have obvious lesions, the positive rate of vascular disease is 39.56%; 457 are females, and 115 cases have obvious lesions, the positive rate is 25.16%; After the chi-square test, there is significant differences, P<0.05, and the positive rate in male patients is higher than in females. 4. In 1003 patients of acquired cerebrovascular disease, compare the cerebrovascular disease positive rate between the internal carotid artery system and vertebrobasilar arterial system, the result is : under 30 years old, the positive rate is the lowest, 4.45% and 4.54% separately; In 30~group are 12.05% and 6.02% separately, 40~group are 18.34% and 18.93%; With the age increasing, the positive rate showing a rising trend in both of these two systems; The positive rate in internal carotid artery systems is higher than the vertebrobasilar arterial system in patients who are over 60 years old, but there is no significant differences in patients who are under 60 years old of these two systems of the positive rate(P﹥0.05).5. In 1003 patients of acquired cerebrovascular disease, in the internal carotid artery system, the positive rate is the lowest in patients who are under 30 years old , only accounting for 4.54%; 30~group accounting for 12.05%;40~group accounting for 18.34%; the highest is in 80~group, accounting for 64.91%,The positive rate of cerebral vascular disease is increasing with the age .In Internal carotid artery systems, the highest positive rate is the right middle cerebral artery, accounting for 19.55%; following is the left middle cerebral artery, accounting for 15.42%; the lowest is left posterior cerebral communicating artery, accounting for 5.14%, and the main lesion type is narrow.6. In 1003 patients of acquired cerebrovascular disease, in vertebrobasilar arterial system, the positive rate is the lowest in patients who are under 30 years old , only accounting for 4.54%; 30~group accounting for 6.02%;40~group accounting for 18.93%; the highest is in 70~group, accounting for38.93%; in vertebrobasilar arterial systems ,the highest positive rate is right vertebral artery, accounting for 12.25%; following is the left vertebral artery, accounting for 7.99%; the lowest is left posterior cerebral artery, accounting for 5.35%.Conclusion:1. The positive rate of congenital cerebral vascular disease is 2.6%, and the acquired cerebral vascular disease is 43.7%.2. The positive rate of cerebral vascular disease increased with the age, the positive rate of cerebral vascular disease in male patients is higher than females, patients over 60 years old, the positive rate of the internal carotid artery system is higher than vertebrobasilar arterial system.3. In Internal carotid artery system, the highest positive rate is the right middle cerebral artery, following is the left middle cerebral artery, the lowest is the left posterior cerebral communicating artery, and the main lesion type is narrow.4. In vertebrobasilar arterial system, the highest positive rate is the right vertebral artery, following is the left vertebral artery, the lowest is left posterior cerebral artery.
