The Modern Chinese Medicine Literature Study On Secondary Amenorrhea Led By PCOS

This paper used the method of combining literature study and statistical analysis. We arranged the TCM literature about regulation in secondary amenorrhea led by PCOS in recent 15 years, and analyzed results.The full paper included 3 parts. In first part, the main purpose was to collect the literatures on secondary amenorrhea led by PCOS from 1996 to 2010, to summarize the TCM regulation, pathogenesis and the overview of treatment on secondary amenorrhea led by PCOS.In second part, the main purpose was to analyze the pathogens and medicine on secondary amenorrhea led by PCOS by using statistical method.In the third part, the main purpose was to discuss and analyze the statistic results. By analyzing the single medicine in prescription, we confirmed reason of the prescription. By analyzing pathogenesis characteristics and summarizing modernistic doctor' s experiences, we explore how to treat secondary amenorrhea led by PCOS by TCM. To aim directly at pathologic characteristic in secondary amenorrhea led by PCOS, we proposed regulation from Chinese crude drug,food and drink. To aim directly at increasing of diseases in physically and mentally, we proposed regulation from state of mind. Finally we summarized significance and insufficiencies, proposed directions we need studying in the future.
