Embedded system derives from microcomputer, which is embedded into the oriental object to realize intelligent. Embedded objects can be defined as " a special purpose computer embedded into the oriental object." Embedded system in many industries has been widely used and gradually changing thoses industries, including automation, national defense, transport and aerospace field. Embedded systems can be divided into four classes:Embedded Microprocessor Unit (EMPU), Microcontroller Unit (MCU), Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and System on Chip (SoC). Single Chip Micyoco is the typical representative of embedded Microcontroller Unit, internal integration ROM/EPROM,RAM, BUS, the logic BUS, timing/counters, WatchDog, I/O and serial port, P WM, A/D and D/A, etc. Various kinds of necessary function and peripherals enjoy small volume, light weight, low cost and high reliability advantages.Water-jet technology is a equipment which use of high pressure water jet to cut material. Use ultrahigh-voltage technology to make the ordinary tap water press to 250-400Mpa pressure, then formed speed jet with 800-1000m/s' through about 0.15-0.25 mm diameter of gem nozzle, thus to cutting materials. Water-jet cutting equipment called medical water-jet while application in clinical. In 1990, German Rau used professional design pharmaceutical water jet into clinical, after that water-jet used more and more widely in surgical clinical.Initially, medical water-jet technology is mainly used for treating department of hepatobiliary surgery, now, medical-water jet has become an important organ surgery surgical tools, and gradually developed to maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery, urology surgery, orthopedics, ear-nose-throat, ophthalmology, trauma surgery etc.surgical field. Medical water-jet equipment contains by high-pressure pump, sterile saline containers, handle and attractor etc. The working principle of medical water-jet is similar with industrial water-jet, The motor drives high-pressure pump will sterile saline with certain pressure pump out, after high-pressure hose reach handles, then jet through the netmeeting handle small orifices, generate enough pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting organization. Handle constitute of small orifices in diameter and suction connecting tube, medical water jet working will generated wastewater, it can through attracting pipeline row to wastewater container, will not flow to the ground, to ensure the operating room clean and tidy. Change pressure and velocity, can achieve the purpose of selective separation of human tissue, at the same time specific tissues could get maximum protection.Medical water-jet is a new type of surgery separation equipment, which is come out after blackouts knife and ultrasonic knife. it is highly flexible organizational selective, compare with other traditional surgical method, water-jet in clinical application advantages are mainly including the following four items:(1) Use Water kinetic energy to seperate human tissue, so no heat damage to vital organs, and will not damage surrounding tissue;(2) Can undertake fine separation, high protection and selectivity of the organization, to achive precisely protection of vessels, nerve and the pipe, reducing the possibility of accidently injure;(3) Fast cutting speed, less peri-operative bleeding, and avoid surgery for frequent excessive bleeding and time-consuming, effectively reduce the operation time;(4) small trauma, accelerate rehabilitation, postoperative obviously improve the quality of life.With the rapid development of society, incidence of trauma is increasing, the status of trauma medical is becoming more and more important. Research data shows that trauma is the primary factor to caused death of young adults. Especially in earthquakes, landslides big geologic hazards, can cause great casualties,this moment a large number of wounded need wound treatment in time, otherwise it will cause serious consequences. Therefore, to raise the level of trauma emergency is an very important subject in currently traumatic medicine. Debridement is one of the most basic technology in trauma surgery, it includes Incision wounds way, expand the wound, excision inactivation organization, cleared eyewinker, hemostasis, drainage and fixed and so on a series ofoperations, and wound cleaning is the primary task in debridement. Wound Debridement in time, will completely clear eyewinker, bacteria, rinse can reduce wound infection, reduce disability, mortality, improve treatment effect.This paper developed a new type of water-jet and debridement equipment, this equipment can complete finished debridement and water jet cutting operation at a time. Is mainly use inverter closed-loop control as the core, drive high-pressure pump injection stability to constant pressure of water.Use SCM,DSP embedded system component to complete water jet debridement equipment's hardware design.Use C language to complete software programming. Display part of Human-Machine interface in instantly popularity, with convenient, intuitive, artistic characteristics.The main content of the thisis is as follows:1. Combining present research condition of analysis working principle and characteristics of the design of Medical water knife in domestic and foreign, come up with the requirements of the design system, and research content,as well.2. Analysis the equipment form the structural and start mechanical design, Confirming the main components and various connection performance index and matching parameters.for example, Motor, inverter, piston pumps, electromagnetic pump, accumulator, pressure sensors, electromagnetic valve, electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve, negative pressure aspirator, high-pressure hose, high-pressure nozzle and other connections.3. Confirm the equipment control system according to mechanical design, High-pressure part uses Inverter closed-loop control motors as the core,to make nozzle injection stability, pressure of water constantly, and timely display the current work pressure; However, Low pressure parts cored with Electromagnetic pump, with electromagnetic pump from gun shoot stable water jet for cleaning,besides, in this part, designed three shapes of gun to suit different requirements.4. Hardware circuit design of the equipment control system, controller adopts Microcontroller AT89S52, display and input parts adopt Human-Machine interface which is based on ARM9, and design the corresponding Digital-to-analog outfit change module, display current working condition in a real-time.5. The plan of Equipment control system, programming language is based on C language,the software design in C language for programming language, Compile tools are based on Keil.
