The rats in experimental group B group after the right sciatic nerve cut 0.5cm, nearly side of the split ends taken from the middle longitudinal tibial nerve bundles, long 0.5cm, as the bridge material and the proximal peroneal nerve, distal sciatic nerve suture. The right side of the experimental group C the rats after sciatic nerve cut 0.5cm, almost taking the side ends of the longitudinal split peroneal nerve bundles, as a bridging material and take 0.5cm proximal tibial nerve, distal sciatic nerve suture. After 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks observation.【Results】Experimental rats the right gastrocnemius compound action potential (CMAP) amplitude, muscle wet weight recovery, muscle cross-sectional area were measured with the control group no significant difference.【Conclusions】Peripheral nerve graft for promoting functional recovery satisfaction and has a certain effect. Can be used as a new surgical method for further clinical trials. |
