| Objective:To investigate the depressive and anxious states in the patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome and analyze the relevant factors.Methods:1.We collected the clinical data of 124 patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome.2. Let the patients complete Self-Rating Depression Scale, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and general information scale.3.The results of the survey were conducted by the SPSS13.0 statistics software for data analysis.Results:1. The prevalence of depressive state was 41.9%, the prevalence of anxious state was 26% and the prevalence of the combination of depressive and anxious states was 19.4%. 2. The single-factor analysis showed that in the ACS patients with depressive state the proportions of female and unstable angina, the levels of cholesterol and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) were markedly higher and the end-contractive and the end-diastolic diameters of the left ventricular and the serum creatinine level were significantly lower than the ones in the patients without mental disorder. In the ACS patients with anxious state the proportions of female, unstable angina and treating without percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), the left ventricular ejection fraction and the levels of cholesterol and LDL-C were markedly higher and the end-contractive and the end-diastolic diameters of the left ventricular were significantly lower than the ones in the patients without mental disorder. In the ACS patients with combination of depressive and anxious states the proportions of female, unstable angina and remedy end-contractive diameter of the left ventricular was significantly lower than the ones in the patients without mental disorder. The multiple-factor logistic analysis showed that gender, the type of ACS and the remedy of PCI were associated with the depress and anxiety markedly, which were independent to other factors.Conclusions:1. The patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome have high prevalences of depressive and anxious states.2. Woman and the unstable angina were probably the susceptible factors of the happening of depressive and anxious states in the ACS patients. The remedy of PCI were likely the protective factor of it. Some indexes of biological chemistry and echocardiography maybe relevant to the prevalences of them in the ACS patients. It is paid attention to. |
