In this paper, based on the plight of Q Aesthetic hospital's survival and bottleneck of the development, Around the practical issues such as how to focus on long-term competitive advantage and avoid the establishment of core regulatory risk, standardized marketing behavior, efficient promotion, based on SWOT analysis of Marketing channels, derived for their sustainable development needs of channel innovation strategy and a clear strategy to support implementation of the strategy, the implementation of the strategy elaborated program and control ideas. In this study, breaking the previous academic hospital on the channel system, one-sided level of understanding and analysis of stick only from the marketing, design and evaluation of the traditional research path, but in the traditional medical model and Aesthetic industry for in-depth analysis of the new situation based on a strategic height from the hospital to re-examine the channels 4P variable factors. This paper advocates channel as a strategic resource, fundamentally about the survival and development of Q hospital, so for the forging of its core competencies is essential.
