In 1994, the national medical system reform from Zhenjiang and Jiujiang to pull open prelusive, because of Chinese society's special two yuan in urban and rural areas in 2011 constitution, until now, the reform of medical system is still relatively difficult situation; hospital under the big background, from the national financial support, to move toward the market, seek means of livilihood, most public hospitals should on one hand the burden of decades of accumulated from retiree retirement pay and benefits, one hand in order to survive and develop.This paper studies the source material:Second Hospital Affiliated to Henan University of Science and Technology Clinic Medical Desk staff interviews, outpatients and inpatients recorded interviews, clinical medical and nursing staff interviews, discipline inspection and supervision room per month for inpatient satisfaction questionnaire and the satisfaction of discharged patients by questionnaire, medical quality control, monthly quality control report of investigation, statistical branch statistic information information. Through the analysis of the survey and interviews, statistical analysis, found that patients need, identify problems, then the problem design solution, through the implementation and evaluation, undertake adjustment ceaselessly until suitable for the particular case of the hospital.The main purpose of this paper and the value lies in the hospital in the national medical system reform, stable, smooth implementation spans development provide the suitable marketing strategy and the plan, the design, implementation, evaluation, adjustment, for the sustainable development of the hospital to provide more reliable marketing theory and marketing scheme.
