Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics, Pathologic Features and prognostic influencing factors of primary breast lymphoma.Methods: Data from 11 PBL patients treated in our hospital between January 2005 and October 2009 were reviewed. The univariate analysis was performed according to the Kaplan-Meier method.Results: Involved breast, albumin level, stage, radiotherapy and surgery were important prognostic factors.Conclusion: PBL is a rare condition, comprising only 2% of localized extranodal presentations of lymphoma,clinical situation is atypical. Within the whole cohort, patient with bilateral disease and low level of albumin has a dismal outlook. Comprehensive Treatment associated with surgery and chemoradiotherapy is the best way.
