Objective:By detecting ovarian malignant transformation of endometriosis-related proteins, such as: the expression of ER, PR, PTEN, P53, Bcl-2, understand the differences in protein expression and malignant transformation of the relationship between EMs, for screening and prognostic factors of malignant EMs and individual predictors of treatment provide a theoretical basis and experimental evidence.Method:Meta analysis and detection applications from 1990 to 2011, issued on malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis-related protein expression in the analysis of epidemiological research literature.Using Peto software, test for heterogeneity based on the results of the literature, the fixed effects model or random effects model meta-analysis, the results of different inclusion criteria sensitivity analysis, with publication bias funnel plot assessment.Results:1,statistical analysis:ER, PR expression and EAOC, aEMs and Ems Relations①EAOC 116 patients, aEMs 48 patients, EAOC group /aEMs group of ER expression, the results showed: The combined OR = 0.17 (95% CI = 0.08 ~ 0.38), the difference was significant, P<0.001;②EAOC 116 patients, EMs99 patients, EAOC group/Ems Unit ER expression, the results showed: heterogeneity, P<0.05; using a random effects model analysis, combined OR = 0.09 (95% CI = 0.05 ~ 0.17) The difference was statistically significant, P<0.001; ③EAOC 116 patients, aEMs48 patients, EAOC group / aEMs group of PR expression, the results showed: The combined OR = 0.31 (95% CI = 0.14 ~ 0.65), statistically significant, P<0.01;④In the EAOC group / Ems Unit PR expression, the results showed: The combined OR = 0.07(95% CI = 0.04 ~ 0.12), the difference was significant, P<0.001.P53 expression and EAOC, aEMs and Ems Relations①EAOC were 172 patients, aEMs62 patients, EAOC group /aEMs group P53 expression, the results show: P>0.05, using fixed effect model analysis, combined OR= 3.59 (95% CI = 1.68 ~ 7.69), the difference was significance, P<0.05;②EAOC were 172 patients, EMs120 cases, EAOC group/Ems Unit P53 expression, the results show: P>0.05, using fixed effect model analysis, combined OR = 10.93 (95% CI = 6.67 ~ 17.92), the difference was significance, P <0.001;③aEMs62 patients, EMs120 patients, aEMs group / Ems Unit P53 expression, the results show: P> 0.05, using fixed effect model analysis, combined OR = 8.56 (95% CI = 3.68 ~ 19.92), the difference was significant, P<0.001.PTEN expression and EAOC, aEMs and Ems Relations①EAOC 205 patients, aEMs111 patients, EAOC group/aEMs group comparison showed that PTEN expression: P> 0.05, using fixed effect model analysis, combined OR= 0.35 (95% CI = 0.21 ~ 0.57), the difference was significant, P <0.001;②EAOC were 205 patients, EMs185 patients, EAOC group/Ems group comparison showed that PTEN expression: P<0.001, using a random effects model analysis, combined OR=0.23 (95% CI = 0.07 ~ 0.73), the difference was significant, P<0.05;③aEMs111 patients, EMs185 patients, aEMs group/Ems group comparison showed that PTEN expression: P> 0.05, using fixed effect model analysis, combined OR= 0.34 (95% CI = 0.18 ~ 0.63), the difference was significant, P < 0.05. Bcl-2 expression and EAOC, aEMs and Ems Relations EAOC were 155 patients, EMs101 patients, EAOC group/EMs positive expression of Bcl-2 group comparison showed that: P> 0.05, using fixed effect model analysis, combined OR= 4.74 (95% CI = 2.66 ~ 8.45), the difference was significance, P <0.001.Conclusions:1,Malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis in the expression of factors are associated protein PTEN, Bcl-2, P53, ER, PR.2,Meta analysis results reflect the various factors and malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis associated with the dynamic changes in intensity, indicating that most of the above factors and malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis is relatively stable relationship.3,Sensitivity analysis and publication bias in the recognition results show that Meta analysis of this stable, reliable and a true reflection of the past two decades malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis-related protein expression in the epidemiological studies.
