| Objective: To eliminate tumor pill treatment of uterine fibroids(blood stasis type)clinical observation and evaluation. Methods: Uterine fibroids have been diagnosed 60 patients, 30 patients were randomly divided into two groups, oral consumption Pill; control group of 30 patients, looking forward to therapy. 3 months for a course of treatment, patients were observed and recorded changes in clinical symptoms and signs. Before and after treatment were monitored by B-uterine and myoma size, measured in liver, kidney, and Chinese medicine symptom scoring record. Uterine fibroids before and after treatment and changes in size, liver and renal function, as well as traditional Chinese medicine in treating symptoms before and after the scoring. Results: The clinical observation showed that the clinical recovery of the treatment group is 2 cases, effective in 11 cases, 12 cases of effective and ineffective in 5 cases, the total effect of the total effective rate was 83.33%and control group are clinic healed 0 cases, effective in 7 cases, effective in 8 patients, 15 cases ineffective, the total effect of the total effective rate was 50.00%, two groups total effective fibroids significant difference that the treatment group than in the control group, the treatment effect. Pill-tumor effect of removing tumor shrinkage than the control group, the average tumor volume before treatment was:7.17±4.49cm3, after treatment the average tumor volume of 5.67±4.22cm3; control group, mean tumor volume before treatment was 8.60±6.04 cm3, the average tumor volume after treatment 13.70±8.64 cm3 (P>0.05).
