Objective:the clinical value of detection cardiac tropinin T in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:selection in 2008 to 2010 recieving acute exacerbation because of COPD patients hospitalized patients with 60 cases. According to whether patients were readmitted within six months, divided into control group (no re-admission within six months) and experimental group (re-admission in six months after the)..collection, Serum TroponinT neutrophilic granulocyt arterial blood gas analysis creatine kinase-MB mass (CK-MBmass) were measured after AECOPD patients admission. and the determination of pulmonary function. The following data were collected:record Anthonisen symptom scores whether re-admission in six months and analysis. investigated the Relationship between cTnT and infection, hypoxia, acidosis, Anthonisen symptom score and re-admitted patients with AECOPD. Results:There were two groups of patients have no difference in lung ventilation (P>0.05); cTNT and FEV1/FVC, PH, partial pressure of oxygen, carbon dioxide partial pressure, white blood cells, neutrophils, CK-MBmass, Anthonisen symptom score readmitted are related. Readmitted with cTNT, oxygen, neutrophils have statistically significant. Conclusion:in patients with AECOPD admitted to hospital again within six months, the infection was severe, often accompanied by hypoxia significantly increased cTnT. The cTnT is in critical condition, is a reliable signal of chronic obstructie pulmonary aggravating period the main prognostic indicators hospitalization. It has important significance. Which take effective treatment measures immediately in order to reduce chronic obstructive pulmonary disease re-admission.
