Application Of Supervisory Nursing Intervention In Intestinal Obstruction With Ileus Tube Treatment

Objective:Trough using different nursing intervention measurement on the patients who need ileus tube with intestinal obstruction, to explore the different nursing measurement whether affect the curative effect of people who need ileus tube with intestinal obstruction or not, to provide basis for carrying out effective nursing measurement extensively and to boost the post-disease recovery.Methods:With used the method of convenience sample, this study selected 78 cases of intestinal obstruction who suited for treatment of ileus tube and patient's agreed with the it, from June 2008 to December 2010,which came from the First Hospital of Jilin University. The 78 patients were divided equally into intervention group (n=40) and control group (n=38) by the method of random sampling. The patients in control group accepted standardized nursing intervention, and the patients in intervention group accepted supervisory nursing intervention in the whole process. The study analyzed the difference in age, sex, previous abdominal surgery between with the two groups, different nursing measurement whether affect the curative effect of people who need ileus tube with intestinal obstruction or not, different nursing measurement for abdominal symptoms (abdominal pain, bloating relief, self-recovery exhaust time, the first 24-hour digestion drainage, the disappeared time of liquid-gas surface)to ease the influence of the situation, and made the satisfaction evaluation of nursing measurement.Results:1. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in gender and age.2. The length of tube into patients' intestines of the intervention group was longer than it of the control group. The time of starting enteral nutrition in the intervention group was earlier than it in the control group. And, in the two aspects there was a statistically significant difference between the groups. 3. Activity time:90% of patients in the intervention group focus within 24 hours, however,56.23% of patients in the control group focused within 24, by comparison, there was a statistically significant difference between with them.4. Relieve situation of symptoms:the intervention group were batter than the control group in abdominal pain, bloating relief, self-recovery exhaust time, the first 24-hour digestion drainage, the disappeared time of liquid-gas surface, narrow degree of waist circumference within 24 hours, recovery time of satisfactory sound. By comparison, there was a statistically significant difference between with them.5. Treatment outcome:the intervention group cure rate is higher than those in the control group, and there were statistic differences between with them.6. Satisfaction evaluation:degree of satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than it of the control group in psychological adaptation, service attitude, health mission. By comparison, there was a statistically significant difference between with them expect physiological adaptation.Conclusion:In the nursing treatment of patients who need ileus tube with intestinal obstruction, the supervisory nursing intervention treatment which was used in the intervention group of th i s study was batter than the conventional nursing treatment. Compared with conventional nursing treatment the supervisory nursing intervention treatment could improve cure rate of patients, speedup the time of tube into intestines, make the time of starting enteral nutrition earlier, shorten the activity time after patients were plugged by the tube, better ease the abdominal symptoms of patients. And, in the satisfaction evaluation, the supervisory nursing intervention was more to get the patients identity than conventional nursing. expect physiological adaptation.
