ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between heat-shock protein 70 and serum HS-CRP levels in preeclampsia patients .MethodsNinety preeclamptic patients( mild preeclampsia 30 cases and severe preeclampsia 60 cases)and 50 normotensive healthy pregnant women were involved in this case control study and the serum HS-CRP and heat-shock protein 70 detected. Hsp70 levels were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Serum CRP levels were determined by an autoanalyzer using the manufacturer's kit.ResultsThe values of serum HS-CRP and Hsp70 in severe preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in mild preeclampsia group. The serum HS-CRP values and Hsp70 in research group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0. 01).ConclusionThe HS-CRP and Hsp70 levels were increased obviously in the preeclamptic patients ,and the increased CRP and Hsp70 levels were significantly correlated to the severity of this disorder. |
