Surface bio-electrical signal is the variety of potential changes on the surface of organism in the process of life activities including EEG(electroencephalogram), EMG(electromyography) and ECG(electrocardiogram). It contains important information of physical activities and disease information and could be used both for life science research and clinical diagnosis and treatment, but also for the intelligent man-machine interface mechanical to provide control signal. Most detection of surface bioelectrical signal is wired. The acquisition of surface bio-electricity in some special occasions, such as detection of physiological parameters under the state of rapid motion, monitor for astronauts'health indicators in flight training, must get rid of wires constraints and turn to wireless send and receive mode. Relative to the wired system, Wireless collection system has flexible and convenient advantage, and effectively restrains frequency interference.This thesis has designed and implemented a set of wireless collection system for surface bio-electrical signal. The system is made up of bio-electrical signal collection and Zoom filter unit, wireless transmission unit and data display storage unit. Zoom filter unit uses high-pass filter, low-pass filter and 50Hz notches means. Wireless transmission uses MSP430f149 microcontroller and nRF24L01 wireless module. LabVIEW software is used to achieve the display and storage of biological signals.To verify the performance of the system designed, in the SSVEP experiments, the system and bio-electrical amplifier of SYMTOP instrument Co. Ltd. collect SSVEP signal at the same parts of the scalp. The results show that the spectral curve of two sets of data is consistent, the correlation coefficient is 0.8352; the proportions of energy of the two sets of data inδband,θband,αandβband are basically the same. In addition, the ECG acquisition data by this system can normally display P, QRS and T waves feature. The EMG on muscle from rest to exercise by this system also reflect changes feature from low frequency to 90Hz high frequency.The design of surface bioelectrical wireless acquisition system in this thesis can provide basic technical reference for the research and application of wireless detection of physiological parameters in special occasions or Human-machine interface wireless control device.
